Cedar-Compatible Adjustable Fish Grill Rack

Stainless steel fish grilling rack engineered specifically for cedar plank cooking and skin-on salmon fillets. Dimensions: 30 cm (L) × 15 cm (W); height adjustable from 2.5 cm to 10 cm in 2 cm increments via sturdy pin-lock mechanism. Weight: 480 g. Made from seamless, cold-rolled 304 stainless steel — fully weld-free at joints, with polished edges for safety and cleanability. Includes a central, milled cedar plank channel (width: 10.5 cm, depth: 1.3 cm) that secures planks during placement and flipping. Optimised for airflow: open-grid base allows smoke penetration and prevents steam pooling — critical for authentic cedar-smoked flavour development. Works flawlessly on Weber, LotusGrill, and basic camping grills alike.
