CC1101-Based 433MHz Wireless Module

This RF transceiver module uses the proven CC1101 IC — a high-performance, low-power wireless communication solution operating in the globally accepted 433MHz unlicensed band. It supports GFSK, 2FSK, and MSK modulation and accepts supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.6V, with optimal operation at 3.3V. Maximum data throughput reaches 500 kbps, fully configurable in software; receiver sensitivity is rated at -110 dBm under low-rate conditions (1.2 kbps), enabling reliable long-range links. The module integrates hardware error detection, programmable output power (+10 dBm max), automatic channel assessment, and software-defined addressing. Its wireless wake-up feature allows remote activation of low-power systems — essential for energy-constrained applications such as smart metering, environmental monitoring, and portable remote controls.
