It reads pH from 0.00 to 14.00 with ±0.1 accuracy and features Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) to counteract thermal influence on electrode output. Built from impact-resistant plastic, it includes a KCl storage solution with moisture-trapping bubbles to delay electrode drying. Calibration is performed using a simple 3-point automatic sequence with standard buffers. Ideal for monitoring mash pH in brewing, whey acidity in cheese vats, lactic acid development in fermented sausages, and pH stabilisation in sourdough starters — all with field-ready portability and durability.
