Breathable Adjustable Heel Inserts

Lightweight, adaptive heel inserts made from premium elastic foam and ventilated cotton mesh — engineered for both cushioning and airflow. Two size options: Size A (11.5 × 8 cm) offers variable thickness (5 mm thin zone / 10 mm thick zone); Size B (9 × 4.5 cm) suits tighter heel cups. Each package contains two full pairs (4 pieces), in either beige or black. The adhesive backing secures firmly to most interior shoe surfaces, and the material allows clean removal and repositioning if needed. Fully customisable via simple cutting to match unique heel geometry or desired lift level.
