Brass Heat Insert Nut Adaptor Kit

This T65-compatible heat insert nut adaptor kit is made from brass for consistent thermal conductivity and durability. It includes one complete insertion kit designed for use with soldering irons featuring T65 or FM65 heat cores — including models T75, T85, HS01, GD300, SH72 and RGS65. The kit supports hot-melt copper nuts in metric sizes M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6 (1/4") and M8. Ideal for embedding threaded inserts into 3D-printed plastic parts or thermoplastic components during post-processing. Dimensions and tolerances follow standard mechanical fit requirements; slight variation of ±1–3 mm may occur due to manual measurement.
