BNO080 9-Axis AHRS Module

This AHRS module implements the BNO080 IC—a highly integrated 9-axis inertial sensor with fused 3-axis accelerometer, 3-axis gyroscope, and 3-axis magnetometer, plus an ARM Cortex-M0+ processor running proprietary sensor fusion firmware. Dimensions: 16.0 × 14.0 × 2.8 mm; mass: ~1.2 g; PCB: FR-4. Outputs include rotation vectors (quaternions), gravity vector, linear acceleration, angular velocity, magnetic field, step count, activity detection (including cycling), and full calibration status. Features an onboard 32 kHz crystal for accurate timestamping and minimal clock skew. Interface selection (I2C/SPI/UART/UART-RVC) is made via two hardware jumpers. Designed for demanding applications including VR headset tracking, Android-based mobile VR, and motion-sensitive robotics where repeatable, low-drift orientation is essential.
