Black Walnut Ring Holder Weighted Base

This ring holder uses solid black walnut wood for the upper cradle and a dense, machined brass disc for the base — joined via precise friction-fit assembly with no glue or fasteners. Total height: ~4.5 cm; cradle diameter: ~6.5 cm; weight: ~280 g. Wood is sanded through 220-grit then treated with natural tung oil for water repellency and grain enhancement — safe for skin contact and compatible with sensitive metals. Brass base thickness: 12 mm — engineered to provide optimal mass distribution without excessive footprint. Edges are softly chamfered to prevent surface marking on delicate furniture finishes like oak veneer or painted MDF, common in UK rental and compact urban homes. Designed for longevity: brass will naturally darken with ambient oxygen exposure, while walnut matures to deeper amber tones — both changes enhance, rather than degrade, perceived value over years of use. Includes no packaging beyond recyclable paper wrap — aligned with UK WEEE and EPR compliance expectations.
