This pull start starter assembly is constructed entirely from high-strength aluminum alloy, offering superior corrosion resistance and lightweight durability. It measures compactly to integrate seamlessly with standard 80cc motorized bicycle engine configurations, with a total assembled weight of approximately 320g. Designed specifically for 80cc motorized bicycles, it replaces worn or damaged original pull start mechanisms without requiring engine modification. The kit includes one base mounting plate and one complete starter assembly — rope, recoil spring, and pulley are pre-assembled and ready for direct installation. Note: Wide pedal crank assemblies (not included) may be required on narrow-frame bikes to ensure full clearance during pull operation.
