Individual bit dimensions follow standard step drill geometry, with overall lengths and step increments designed for controlled, burr-free drilling in thin materials. The set weighs approximately 120g and is housed in a compact, reusable storage tray (tray dimensions: 12 x 8 x 2 cm). The alloy steel construction provides enhanced hardness and wear resistance compared to standard high-speed steel. Each bit features straight flutes and accurately ground cutting edges to maintain concentricity and reduce wandering during start-up. Ideal for clean, accurate holes in mild steel up to 1.5mm thick, soft aluminium, plywood, MDF, acrylic, and PVC — without requiring pilot holes or multiple bit changes.
