Alloy ABS Composite Bubble Roller Kit

Set comprises three rollers, each approx. 31 cm in total length. Roller head sizes: 50 mm (2 in), 75 mm (3 in), and 50 mm (2 in). Net weight approx. 323 g. Features rigid aluminium alloy cores encased in durable ABS housings for shock absorption and grip comfort. Specifically developed for resin-rich composite applications where air entrapment leads to cosmetic flaws or reduced strength. Functions by smoothing, compacting and degassing freshly applied resin layers before they begin to gel—enabling deeper fibre saturation and stronger inter-ply bonding. Widely adopted in garage-based composites workshops, educational STEM labs, and small-scale FRP fabricators producing items such as signage substrates, architectural façade elements, and custom automotive trim—where reliability and repeatability are essential despite limited infrastructure.
