All-Metal Barrel Cookie Press Tool

With overall dimensions of 24 cm × 6 cm × 6 cm and a net weight of 320 g, this press utilises a solid stainless steel barrel and handle, complemented by food-safe plastic trigger, cap, and nozzle retainer components. Its 450 ml working volume accommodates standard UK recipe yields, and the heat-resilient build allows safe use with slightly warmed doughs or stiff ganache-based icings. The lever mechanism operates with minimal play and consistent resistance, translating user input directly into predictable extrusion force. All internal pathways are fully exposed upon disassembly, enabling visual inspection and direct rinsing of every surface. Recommended for shaping classic British biscuits (such as Viennese whirls, chocolate lace cookies, and almond fingers), French-style macarons, and elegant piped details on celebration cakes — it meets everyday demands of clarity, cleanliness, and repeatable outcomes expected in modern UK kitchens.
