Lamberts All in One is a fantastic product with an easy mix and delicious flavor, designed for sports lovers and athletes alike. It includes high levels of branched chain amino acids (BCAA´s). Ideal product to take before training to increase endurance, or after exercise to aid recovery. This is one of the UK's best All-In-One formulas, delivering 38g of premium protein per measure, sourced from a single concentrated and isolated whey protein mix. It is recommended to mix 2 meters (65 g) with 350 ml of cold water or skim milk (for a softer result, use our sports shaker). 2 shots can be taken during periods of intense training.
