Designed for reliable variable-speed control of DC motors, this controller accepts a broad DC input range from 9 volts to 60 volts, supporting continuous operation at 12 amperes and peak loads up to 20 amperes — delivering up to 500 watts of controlled power. Its physical dimensions are 79mm in length, 43mm in width, and 26mm in height, with mounting holes spaced 39.3mm × 76.5mm apart. Unit weight is 43 grams without packaging, 65.5 grams when packed. Operating frequency is fully adjustable between 1kHz and 99kHz in precise 1kHz increments (factory default: 20kHz, ±1% tolerance), while duty cycle can be set from 0% to 100% in exact 1% steps. All configuration parameters — such as motor default state (normally open/closed), minimum and maximum duty cycle bounds, and frequency setting — persist through power cycles due to onboard memory retention. A dual-function digital display presents current duty cycle, limit values (shown as Lxx or Hxx), and frequency (+xx). Operation uses a high-resolution encoder knob: brief press starts/stops the motor; holding for 10 seconds accesses the settings menu; clockwise/counterclockwise rotation increases/decreases output level. An auxiliary STOP port accepts clean 3.3V logic or momentary switch inputs for external control — intended for low-noise environments, as no internal ESD or EMI suppression is integrated.
