Built for versatility and longevity, this suspension trainer uses high-tensile nylon webbing, cushioned sponge handles, and a robust zinc alloy adjusting buckle. Total main rope length is 370 cm, with functional adjustment between 260 cm and 370 cm. Fixed hook-to-handle length is 110 cm; connecting belt is 95 cm; door anchor strap is 30 cm. Packaged in a lightweight carry bag measuring 17.5 × 12 × 20 cm. Rated for maximum load of 400 kg, suitable for unisex indoor and outdoor TRX-style training.
