Adjustable Door Closer Pair 40kg

A pair of robust mechanical door closers engineered for reliable, tool-adjustable operation on interior doors. Each closer supports up to 20 kg, enabling combined use for doors up to 40 kg. Made with corrosion-resistant zinc alloy bodies and hardened steel internals, they deliver consistent performance over time. Closing force is adjusted manually using the included hex key — clockwise turns increase resistance, counterclockwise decreases it — allowing customisation for door mass, hinge friction and desired closing time. Installation must follow strict alignment guidelines: closers mounted centrally on the door, door and frame held level with no more than 3 mm vertical deviation. Minimum door frame width required is 3 cm. Complete kit includes two closers, two hex keys and all mounting hardware. Compatible with standard UK domestic door types including solid wood, hollow core and metal-framed interiors.
