A 2-channel passive frequency divider designed for ultra-tweeter integration in high-fidelity speaker systems, rated for up to 400W of continuous power. Constructed on a rigid PCB, it integrates temperature-resistant wire-wound inductors with silicon steel cores and high-stability MKP (metallized polypropylene) capacitors. These components work together to attenuate unwanted mid- and low-frequency energy before it reaches the tweeter, significantly enhancing high-frequency purity and reducing intermodulation distortion. The unit includes an output mode selector that toggles the tweeter’s operational range between standard high-frequency and extended ultra-high-frequency bands — supporting tailored voicing across diverse audio content and listening environments.
