AC-Excited Analog TDS Sensor Module

A precision analog TDS sensor system built for durability and integration simplicity. The module measures 0–1000 ppm TDS with ±10% full-scale accuracy at 25°C, powered by 3.3–5.5 V and drawing only 3–6 mA. Its 0–2.3 V analog output scales linearly with TDS level and works natively with 3.3 V or 5 V logic. The probe uses AC excitation to avoid polarization — preserving electrode integrity and measurement consistency over time. Fully waterproof construction allows permanent submersion. Physical dimensions: PCB 42×32 mm; probe assembly total length 83 cm. All interfaces use XH2.54 pitch connectors — 3-pin for the adapter board, 2-pin for probe and cable — supporting fast, secure, and repeatable connections.
