99C 0.7MPa T&P Valve Brass BSPP

Dimensions: 83 × 42 mm. Weight: 238 g. Body and control spindle made of brass; closed hole sealed with silicone gel gasket; spring constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. Nominal pressure rating PN10. Operating temperature range: 5–110°C. Set temperature: 99 ± 4°C. Set pressure options include 0.5–1.0 MPa (e.g., 0.7 MPa = 102 PSI). Pressure deviation: −10% to +5% of set pressure. Inlet/outlet thread: BSPP 3/4 inch × 3/4 inch. Gold-coloured finish. This dual-function temperature and pressure relief valve automatically activates when either the system temperature exceeds 99°C or pressure reaches the calibrated threshold (e.g., 0.7 MPa), releasing excess energy safely to atmosphere. It is engineered for reliable, repeatable operation in domestic and light commercial hot water systems. Ideal for use with solar thermal collectors, electric water heaters, heat pumps and pressurised boilers where over-temperature or over-pressure poses risk to equipment integrity or user safety. Installed directly on the heater tank or close-coupled to the heat exchanger outlet, it serves as a critical last-line mechanical safeguard — independent of power supply or electronic controls.
