8pcs Long-Lasting Wax Guard Set

This set contains eight identical earwax filters manufactured from impact-resistant ABS plastic, each measuring 3.0mm in diameter and featuring a recessed central mesh zone with consistent 0.3mm aperture spacing. Total net weight per pack is 1.6g. The filters are intended for use on the external sound outlet of behind-the-ear (BTE), receiver-in-canal (RIC), and some custom in-the-ear (ITE) hearing aids where horn access is available. Their primary role is mechanical interception: stopping cerumen, skin cells, and ambient dust before they contact the speaker driver. Cleaning requires only a soft-bristled brush; no solvents or water needed. After installation, users should gently press and rotate to ensure full contact with horn walls. Replacement timing varies individually but should be guided by visible occlusion, reduced output, or after six months as a baseline preventive measure — especially relevant for UK users with higher average earwax production rates.
