80V 50A Anti-Backflow Solar Diode Controller

Engineered for reliability in photovoltaic systems, this 80V 50A solar charge controller provides precise reverse current blocking and low-loss power transfer. It functions across 9–80V DC input, with a rated continuous current of 50A — though enhanced heat dissipation is advised above 25A. Internal resistance is tightly controlled at 2 milliohms, achieved using a high-spec 100V/300A MOSFET. Measured voltage drop is consistently 0.04V under load, verified when powered within its operational voltage range. The management IC remains inactive without input power — confirming true zero-power standby behaviour. Grounding is required for safety and correct IC operation. Physical dimensions are 44 mm × 18 mm on a standard PCB substrate, finished in silver-and-black. Connection type is screw terminal (Type A-with-terminal). Includes one unit per package.
