8-Bit AD DA Board With I2C Interface

The PCF8591 AD DA Board is an 8-bit analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion module featuring four analog inputs and one analog output. It measures 34 mm × 20 mm and weighs approximately 5 g, constructed with a standard FR-4 PCB and gold-plated pads for reliable soldering and connection. The board integrates the Philips PCF8591 IC and communicates via a standard I2C-bus interface. It includes both an I2C pinheader (male) and an I2C connector (female) on opposite sides, enabling flexible integration with development systems such as Raspberry Pi or Arduino. Address pins are accessible via jumper headers, allowing up to four boards to share the same I2C bus through configurable device addressing. An onboard adjustable resistor supports calibration and reference voltage tuning for improved measurement accuracy.
