6-80V 1600W PWM BLDC Controller

A high-power, sensorless BLDC motor controller designed for 6–80V DC input, capable of driving up to 1600W motors with 20A continuous current (50A peak). Built using the SNR8503M dedicated BLDC driver IC, it supports Hall-less commutation, features minimal external components, and offers rapid deployment. Interfaces include PWM speed input (1–20 kHz, 10–100% duty cycle), 0.5–5V potentiometer, UART serial control, FG speed feedback (RPM = FG Hz × 60 ÷ pole count), CW/CCW direction logic, status LEDs, and reverse-polarity protection. Thermal behaviour is load-defined: no heatsink needed under 5A; forced cooling required above. Safety functions include overcurrent, stall, and reverse-connection protection. Deployed across diverse sectors—pumps, compressors, fans, electric tools, automatic doors, air/water pumps, refrigeration, lawn mowers, sprayers, and underwater thrusters—where reliability, compactness, and adaptability are essential.
