6-24V 1000W BLDC Motor Controller

This is a high-performance 3-phase brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver board designed for precise speed control of small-to-medium industrial and DIY motor applications. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 6–24 V DC (rated 6–20 V, with 24 V as absolute maximum), supports rated continuous current up to 30 A, and can deliver up to 50 A with active air cooling. The module delivers a maximum output power of 1000 W. Constructed with a combination of plastic and metal components for durability and heat dissipation, it features built-in overcurrent, locked-rotor, and over-temperature protection — automatically reducing current during stall events and halving output power when overheated. Compatible with 2-pole to 14-pole BLDC motors, its maximum no-load speeds vary by pole count: 224,000 RPM (2-pole), 74,000 RPM (6-pole), 40,000 RPM (12-pole), and 35,000 RPM (14-pole). Includes one bare PCB driver board only — no enclosure, heatsink, or wiring accessories.
