6-20V 3-Phase BLDC Governor Module

This three-phase brushless DC motor governor module operates on 6–20V DC input (safe range: 5–24V) and delivers 2A continuous / 3A peak current. It uses sensorless (Hall-free) commutation technology, detecting rotor position through motor back-EMF — eliminating the need for Hall sensors and associated cables. The module supports various motor pole configurations, delivering maximum speeds of 22,400 RPM (2-pole), 74,000 RPM (6-pole), 40,000 RPM (12-pole), and 35,000 RPM (14-pole). Speed regulation is achieved either by adjusting the onboard potentiometer or applying a 0–5V analog control signal — making it suitable for both manual commissioning and automated control environments. It is purpose-built for compact, low-power applications including miniature air/water/oil pumps, cooling fans, and light-duty electric tools. Its medium timing angle ensures stable operation across a broad motor load spectrum, though prolonged full-load use requires supplemental airflow. Supplied as a ready-to-use green PCB board with cable, no additional components are needed for basic operation.
