Constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, it features a robust double-layer mesh structure with fine, uniform apertures. Weighs approximately 12g per unit. The material is corrosion-resistant, non-reactive, and safe for repeated exposure to hot water and coffee oils. The double-layer filtration design significantly reduces micro-fines and sediment transfer into the final shot, supporting cleaner extraction and more consistent crema formation. Unlike single-layer screens or paper filters, this metal screen maintains thermal stability during brewing and requires no replacement after each use.
