45mm Foam Insulation Fixing Washers

Measuring 45 mm across with a 5 mm central opening, these polypropylene washers are engineered for secure, non-damaging attachment of rigid foam insulation boards. Their homogeneous plastic structure provides uniform compression response, resisting creep or flattening over time — essential for maintaining clamping force in mechanically fixed external wall insulation (EWI) or warm roof systems. The low-profile design ensures minimal projection above the foam surface, supporting continuity of render basecoats or membrane layers. Supplied in a practical 200-piece pack, they offer sufficient volume for full coverage of typical semi-detached dwellings or commercial extensions — assuming standard fixing patterns (e.g., 9 fixings/m² for EWI applications). Compatible with both hand and power tools, they simplify on-site workflows: no pre-drilling needed, no adhesive mess, and no risk of board splitting — delivering consistent results whether applied by trained fitters or experienced DIY renovators.
