45cm Square Reusable Paving Mold

This concrete paver mold is precisely sized at 45 cm × 45 cm × 4 cm and manufactured from high-density polypropylene (PP), offering excellent impact resistance and thermal stability across UK and European seasonal ranges. Its lightweight yet rigid construction supports repeated use on soil, sand, gravel or compacted sub-base without flexing. The open-top, wall-height design allows full-depth concrete pour with minimal air entrapment. Ideal for creating uniform stepping stones, pathway slabs or patio units — compatible with standard C20/C25 ready-mix or site-mixed concrete. Each mold produces one solid, monolithic paver per cycle; multiple molds can be used in parallel for faster coverage. Clean-up requires only water and a soft brush — no solvents or abrasives needed.
