433MHz Low-Power RF Transceiver

A highly integrated 433MHz wireless transceiver module centred on the CC1101 RFIC, designed for energy-conscious embedded systems. It functions across 1.8–3.6V input, with 3.3V recommended, and consumes just 15.6mA during active receive at 2.4 kbps. Data rate is fully software-adjustable from 1.2 kbps to 500 kbps, and modulation options include GFSK, 2FSK, and MSK. Sensitivity reaches -110 dBm at 1.2 kbps, supporting line-of-sight distances of 200–300 metres. Built-in capabilities include hardware CRC, automatic channel assessment, programmable TX power (+10 dBm max), wireless wake-up, and software-based node addressing — all accessible via SPI interface. Suited for wireless sensor networks, remote industrial controls, and battery-powered utility meters where reliability, configurability, and low standby power are essential.
