40A High-Efficiency PWM DC Speed Regulator

Measures 12.2 × 5.5 × 3.8 cm and weighs 137 g. Accepts DC input from 9 V to 50 V, controlling brushed DC motors rated 0.01–2000 W. Core components include an imported motor drive IC, thickened copper PCB, and geometrically balanced high-current pathways. PWM runs at constant 12 kHz with 5–100% adjustability. Ideal for precision speed control in fluid handling (pumps), airflow management (fans), motion control (conveyors, actuators) and custom mobility platforms. Its strictly DC output avoids waveform anomalies that compromise governor lifespan or induce motor brush arcing — a known failure mode in poorly filtered regulators.
