40A 10-50V PWM Motor Controller

This robust PWM-based motor speed controller operates across a broad DC input range of 10V to 50V, suitable for 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V battery or power supply configurations. With a rated output current of 40A, it supports motor loads from 0.01W up to 2000W depending on supply voltage — delivering 480W at 12V, 960W at 24V, 1440W at 36V, and full 2000W at 50V. It uses high-frequency 12kHz PWM for quiet, efficient regulation with minimal motor heating or EMI. The PCB measures 90×51mm and fits securely inside a standard 105×55×40mm housing. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +40°C. Quiescent current is just 0.025A, ensuring negligible standby draw. Includes one fully assembled unit.
