40-Pc Art & Craft Sponge Kit

A thoughtfully assembled 40-piece sponge brush kit designed for cross-disciplinary creative work. Contains flat, round, wedge, dome, chisel, pointed, mini, and dual-texture sponges — all precision-cut from uniform-density polyurethane foam (28 kg/m³) and secured to ergonomic, non-slip plastic handles. Sponges range from 1.5 cm to 6.5 cm; total set weight approx. 320 g. Foam formulation resists compression-set and retains shape after >100 wash cycles. Delivers repeatable results across five core applications: (1) Acrylic/oil blending and glazing, (2) Crisp stencilling and masking, (3) Furniture and wall emulsion application, (4) Face/body paint coverage and blending, (5) Ceramic glaze and model paint detailing. Works with water-based, alcohol-based, and low-VOC solvent media — tested with leading UK brands including System 3, Liquitex Basics, and Snazaroo. Used daily in UK-based makerspaces, adult education art courses, and small-batch prop-making studios — praised for longevity, ease of sanitisation between users, and adaptability across beginner to intermediate skill levels.
