3pcs EPP Squat Wedge Blocks

A compact set of three identical EPP (expanded polypropylene) wedge blocks, each sized at approx. 9 cm length × 6 cm width × 4 cm height (±1–3 cm tolerance), made from high-density, environmentally conscious material. Unlike softer EVA alternatives, EPP delivers superior firmness and rebound resilience — critical for maintaining stability during dynamic squats, standing stretches, and weight-bearing mobility drills. These wedges help activate posterior chain muscles, improve joint alignment, and facilitate safer, deeper range-of-motion work. Their therapeutic utility extends beyond fitness: they assist daily rehabilitation for common lower-leg conditions including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, shin splints, and calf strains — supporting both acute recovery and long-term tissue adaptation.
