A 30.5 cm × 3 m continuous roll of LFGB-certified silicone baking liner. Density: 1.18 g/cm³; Shore A hardness: 50 ± 3 — optimised for flexibility and structural retention. Non-stick surface achieved via molecular-level polymer smoothness, not coatings — so performance doesn’t degrade with washing. Backside texture engineered for UK worktop materials: adheres securely to melamine, granite, and stainless steel but lifts cleanly without residue. Tested for repeated use across 200+ oven cycles (180–230°C), 100+ freezer cycles (-18°C), and 50+ dehydrator sessions (60°C, 12 hrs). Rolls compactly (diameter < 12 cm) and unwinds smoothly without tangling.
