A rugged, fixed-ratio DC-DC step-down module delivering 12V DC at up to 2A from 36V or 48V battery sources. Input compatibility covers 20–60V DC, making it suitable for both nominal 36V (e.g., twelve 3V LiFePO4 cells) and 48V (e.g., sixteen 3.2V cells or twenty-four 2V lead-acid) configurations. Output voltage is factory-set to 12.0V with ±1.5% tolerance and includes soft-start functionality to limit inrush current. Housing is CNC-machined aluminium with matte black anodising; internal layout minimises trace lengths and separates power/ground planes for stability. Includes dual M3 mounting holes and Phoenix-style push-in terminals for secure, tool-free wiring. Weight: 280g; operating temperature: -20°C to +70°C; IP20 rating (indoor/protected vehicle use). Deployed widely in UK golf courses, retirement community shuttles and warehouse tugs to power 12V accessories without compromising main battery runtime or adding secondary battery maintenance overhead.
