35mm Concealed Hinge Installation Kit

An all-in-one solution for accurate, repeatable installation of 35mm concealed hinges. Includes three 35mm carbide forstner bits and a precision ABS plastic hinge jig. The red positioning plate (35mm diameter) is used only to trace the hinge cup outline — never drilled through — ensuring safe, unobstructed bit travel. Once marked, the plate is removed and drilling proceeds using the jig’s outer profile or independent guidance. Each bit has a sharp centre point, depth-limiting baffle and easy-to-read scale for consistent bore depth. The 'V'-shaped edge locator ensures perfect alignment with the door edge, preventing shift or rotation during marking. Optimised for cabinet doors, wardrobe fronts, drawer fronts and furniture panels made from timber, plywood, MDF or veneer — supporting both novice builders and experienced installers aiming for factory-grade hinge placement.
