32A 12V 3-Phase BLDC Motor Controller

This brushless motor speed regulator operates on DC 6–12.8V input and delivers continuous current up to 32A (max 40A for no more than 5 seconds). It supplies a dedicated 5V/0.5A auxiliary output for sensors or logic circuits. Thermal protection activates at 110°C to safeguard internal components. Speed adjustment covers 8% to 98% of full motor output. Compatible with brushless motors having 2 to 18 poles. Start behaviour is configurable between soft (flexible) and instant response. Braking is implemented via reverse load only — no active braking circuit. The controller outputs a clean, fixed-frequency PWM signal at either 8 kHz or 16 kHz for accurate tach feedback or external monitoring. Purpose-built for performance-oriented 12V BLDC systems requiring responsiveness and sustained power delivery.
