32 34mm Fork Service Replacement Kit

Dedicated replacement kit for servicing 32mm and 34mm suspension forks used on modern mountain bikes. Contains high-density foam rings (2 pcs with silicone O-ring or 10 pcs foam-only), iron fluoride metal bushings (4 pcs), plastic bushings (2 pcs), and a full sealing unit comprising one X-ring, one O-ring, and two oil seals. Foam rings are cut to tight tolerances for snug inner-tube fit; silicone O-ring is rated for repeated compression cycling. Metal bushings: 32mm version has 3.6cm OD / 3.3cm ID / 1.5cm H; 34mm version has 3.7cm OD / 3.4cm ID / 1.5cm H. Plastic bushings differ significantly in footprint between sizes — 32mm: 11.5 × 3.6 × 3.6 cm; 34mm: 13.5 × 13.7 × 3.7 cm — reflecting actual stanchion geometry. Sealing unit ODs are 4.3cm (32mm) and 4.5cm (34mm), IDs 3.2cm / 3.4cm, heights 1.2cm / 1.4cm. Weights: foam kits 13–16g, metal sets 86–94g, sealing unit 24g.
