3 Pcs Generator Governing Spring Set

Three-piece replacement set for the mechanical governing spring used in Robin EY20-powered generators, including RGX2400 models. Each spring features a 42 mm free length and is constructed from zinc-plated carbon steel. Total weight: 12 g. Functions as a key component in the centrifugal governor mechanism — converting rotational force into linear motion that adjusts throttle position to maintain constant engine speed. Ensures consistent AC output by stabilising RPM despite variable load demands. Designed for straightforward replacement during routine carburetor servicing. No alterations to existing hardware or linkage are necessary. Commonly used by UK-based technicians and DIY users maintaining backup power systems in homes, farms, and small workshops.
