3-Layer Adjustable Height Insert

A versatile, unisex height-increasing insert built on a 3-layer orthotic architecture: base layer for stability, middle layer for adaptive cushioning, and top layer featuring segmented air-cushioned heel cups. Offers four discrete lift heights — 3 cm, 5 cm, 7 cm and 9 cm — selectable via configuration or layer stacking. Compatible with most closed-toe footwear thanks to its slim, flexible profile and full-cushion length (22.5–27 cm) or compact half-cushion option (12.5 cm). Made from lightweight EVA and breathable fibre, it maintains airflow while delivering responsive support. Black in colour, it blends inconspicuously into shoe interiors. Manual sizing allows ±0.5 cm tolerance — aligning with standard UK footwear manufacturing variances.
