3-Channel Delay Relay Speaker Protector

A dedicated three-channel speaker protection module rated for up to 300W per channel, compatible with both DC12–16V and AC12–16V power inputs. Constructed on a 1.6mm-thick PCB with double-sided 1oz copper and full tin plating for enhanced durability and current handling. Includes precise time-delay startup and adjustable DC offset detection (default trigger at 1.8V). The core relay ensures zero signal path interference — unlike semiconductor switches, it introduces no capacitance, distortion or insertion loss. Galvanic isolation is achieved via optocoupler, offering strong common-mode rejection and electrical separation between control logic and speaker lines. Designed specifically for non-common-ground and BTL amplifier architectures, with 7.62mm pitch screw terminals and low-resistance 1/2W metal film resistors. First power cycle requires 15 seconds for initial calibration — thereafter, normal delay operation resumes.
