2x CoolTec Foil Cartridge Replacement

Set of two replacement foil cartridges for Braun CoolTec electric shavers: CT2S, CT2Cc, CT4S, CT4Cc, CT5Cc and CT6Cc (OEM part reference 40B). Each cartridge comprises a rigid plastic carrier and a tensioned stainless steel foil membrane. Dimensions: 5.8 × 3.2 × 1.1 cm; weight: ~12g per unit. Materials include RoHS-compliant ABS and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The foil undergoes precision stamping followed by surface honing to achieve balanced rigidity and flexibility — enabling firm hair capture while flexing slightly over facial contours. The plastic frame includes integrated alignment ribs and positive-stop lugs that lock into the shaver’s head housing with repeatable accuracy. No adhesives or secondary fasteners are used — all assembly is mechanical and reversible. Replacement is advised every 18 months under typical use (approx. 6 million hair cuts), as prolonged use leads to foil fatigue, reduced aperture sharpness and compromised seal integrity — all contributing to diminished closeness, increased irritation and inconsistent cooling performance. This 2-pack supports biennial maintenance planning and ensures continuity of supply.
