This home enema kit centres on a 2-litre open-top enema bag, paired with a 56-inch (1.4 m) durable hose equipped with standardised connectors and adapters, one longer colonic irrigation nozzle, and one shorter smooth-head tip nozzle. The bag supports repeated use when cleaned thoroughly after each session. Operation follows four simple steps: rinse the bag, assemble hose and selected nozzle, fill with warm water or approved enema mixture (temperature strictly ≤37°C), hang at elevation, then release flow via the valve. Designed for water, coffee, herbal or oil-infused enemas — used as part of a conscious personal health routine. Always inspect the bag before use for physical damage; discard if showing cracks, dryness, bubbles or discolouration. Keep out of children’s reach and avoid heat or sunlight exposure during storage.
