250W 50 Ohm RF Dummy Load Resistor

This RF load resistor measures approximately 12.5 cm × 4.5 cm × 4.5 cm (L×W×H) and weighs around 380 g. It features a precise 50 Ohm nominal impedance and is rated for continuous operation at up to 250 watts of RF power. Constructed as an electronic component with a robust metal-cased thermal design, it uses high-grade internal resistive elements and thermally conductive materials to ensure stable performance under sustained load. The resistor delivers consistent 50 Ohm termination across the standard HF/VHF/UHF amateur radio bands, enabling accurate transmitter output testing, amplifier load verification, and antenna system tuning without radiating signal. Its thermal management supports extended duty cycles during bench testing or field alignment tasks. Designed for use in ham radio stations, RF laboratories, and technician workshops, it serves as a safe, non-radiating alternative to live antennas during equipment setup, calibration, and fault diagnosis — especially when operating indoors or in space-constrained environments.
