A purpose-built motor controller for Hall-sensor-equipped three-phase brushless DC motors, offering 24W power handling with 2A continuous current capability. Input voltage range spans 5V to 40V DC, accommodating everything from single-cell lithium batteries to industrial 24V/36V power buses. The core functionality centres around PWM-based speed control: a single 5V-compatible PWM input adjusts rotational speed proportionally — enabling fine-grained control without altering hardware configuration or adding potentiometers. Internally, the module performs Hall signal decoding, phase sequencing, and synchronous switching of power transistors to deliver smooth torque and efficient energy transfer. Designed for ease of integration, it uses standard screw-terminal blocks for secure, tool-free connections to power, motor windings, Hall sensors, and control lines. The PCB substrate ensures thermal stability during extended operation, and its compact size supports mounting inside control boxes, drone frames, or desktop automation rigs.
