20x20x5cm Pond Filter Sponge Set

Set of four pond filter sponges: two yellow fine-density and two blue coarse-density units, each measuring 20 x 20 x 5 cm. Total weight approx. 380 g. Made from hydrophilic sponge engineered for rapid water saturation and uniform flow distribution. The fine pads feature smaller pores to retain fine sediment and bacterial colonies; the coarse pads use larger interstitial spaces to retain bulk organics while minimising head loss. Designed for direct insertion into pressure filter compartments found in residential koi ponds and wildlife ponds across the UK. No adhesive, cutting or modification needed — fits standard trays. Fully rehydrates within 5–10 minutes of immersion; retains shape and filtration efficiency after repeated washing in cold tap water.
