20A IP68 12V Buck Converter 36V 48V Input

Engineered for rugged off-grid and mobile applications, this 240 W DC-DC buck converter accepts a broad DC input range of 20–60 V — compatible with standard 36 V and 48 V battery architectures — and delivers a highly stable 12 V output at up to 20 A. Its aluminium alloy body measures 74 × 74 × 32 mm and weighs 260 g, supporting passive thermal management across –40 °C to +85 °C ambient conditions. Conversion efficiency reaches 90%, with voltage regulation held to ±1% and load regulation to ±2%. Output ripple remains under 150 mV at full load; no-load current is below 100 mA. Fully IP68 rated, it resists dust, rain, and temporary submersion. Integrated protection covers overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and output short circuit. Input and output cables are pre-attached (~13–14 cm each), facilitating quick field installation.
