It is suitable for two-stage DC conversion structures (DC-DC-AC) or single-stage power frequency transformer DC-AC boost architectures. Featuring a 12MHz external quartz oscillator, it delivers high precision with minimal harmonic distortion, producing a stable 50Hz or 60Hz pure sine wave output. The chip utilizes CMOS technology and integrates an SPWM sine wave generator, dead time control circuitry, multiplication factor range, soft start circuit, protection circuits, RS232 serial communication interface, and a 1602 function serial LCD controller module.
