Copying rolling code remotes using a paired remote is not advised. Operation Manual: 1. Clear Code: Press and hold both lock keys (some models have two keys) upward and downward simultaneously. LED flashes three times. Release one key while holding the other, then press the release button three times. LED will flash rapidly, indicating all memory data is cleared. After clearing, press any key—the LED should stay on. 2. Copy: Hold original and copy remote controllers close together (ideally side by side). Press the desired button on both remotes simultaneously. LED will flash rapidly three times—copy successful. Repeat for other buttons. If signal is weak, place remotes back-to-back. Avoid interference. If copy fails, clear code and retry. 3. Recovery: If code is accidentally cleared, press both bottom keys on the copy remote. LED flashes three times, then rapidly. Release and press any key—the LED stays on, indicating code recovery. Always clear existing code before starting a new copy. 4. Partial Key Copy Issue: (1) Clear code first. (2) Re-copy only the keys that failed—do not re-copy successful ones. (3) Clear code again. (4) Perform recovery. This retains previously successful keys while updating failed ones. Repeat if needed until all keys work. Warm Tips: 1. Ensure original remote works properly, has compatible chip, and matches frequency. 2. This remote copies fixed code, learning code, and some microcontroller-based chips (listed above).
