150mm Stainless Auto-Close Vent Grille

A robust exterior ventilation grille crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, sized for DN150 mm round ducts (150 mm internal diameter) with an external square frame of 184 × 184 mm. It features precision-engineered movable slats that operate passively: opening under gentle airflow and sealing shut when the fan ceases. Supplied with wall anchors and mounting screws for straightforward exterior wall installation. Suitable for integration into any exhaust system where backflow prevention is critical — including kitchen canopy hoods, basement extraction, garage workshops and condenser dryer vents. Its all-metal construction resists UV degradation, salt spray and temperature fluctuations typical across UK climates. The slats’ low-friction movement eliminates the need for springs or magnets, reducing long-term wear. Note: A soft mechanical click is inherent to slat closure and may be perceptible if mounted adjacent to habitable rooms.
