Diameter: 150 mm (6 inch). Dust extraction system: 17 dedicated holes sized and spaced to maximise airflow efficiency with standard workshop vacuums and built-in sander ducting. Rated speed: 1200 RPM. Material: Reinforced plastic offering impact resilience and long-term dimensional stability. Mounting: Front-threaded design compatible with 5/16-24T or M8 fasteners (user-provided). The base plate’s open architecture allows unrestricted dust passage from the abrasive interface into the sander’s vacuum path — reducing particle recirculation, minimising respiratory exposure, and slowing abrasive loading for longer effective cut time per disc. Its balanced mass distribution prevents centrifugal distortion at speed. Validated for use with Makita BO6030 and BO6040, and Festool RO1, ETS 150, ES 150, ET 2, and ES/Ets 150 models. Optimised for fine sanding, lacquer prep, and restoration work requiring optical-level surface uniformity.
